There are no public transport options servicing VC Bird International Airport. Helicopters may be chartered to Monserrat and the Leeward Islands during business hours; the service is unavailable on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In some cases, shuttle buses to certain hotels are available and should be booked in advanced.
Those arriving on the island may also choose to hire a car, while taxis offer fixed fares to various locations around St. Johns including the harbour.
